The table runner is absolutely gorgeous! The quality and workmanship are outstanding. I love the way it looks on my table. There was an issue with shipping that was not the shop owner’s fault (FedEx delivered it to the wrong address) and the shop owner, Mike, couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. Right away he offered to send out a replacement table runner. Luckily, the kind person who got my package by mistake actually brought it to me. It came just in time for me to let Mike know, so he didn’t need to send out a replacement runner. I was really frustrated with what happened with FedEx, but was very happy with the customer service Mike provided and with the quality of his product. I definitely recommend this shop for their beautiful items and their outstanding customer service.

OK – first, let me say that the items from this shop are very beautiful. Unfortunately, there was a defect it my table runner due to shipping/handling between the shipping and arrival on my doorstep. HOWEVER- please continue to read this review on how wonderful and responsive and customer service oriented this shop owner is! Michael responded to my emails long after business hours, was extremely concerned that I receive my runner in time for my holiday event and immediately shipped out a replacement table runner which arrived in plenty of time for my event. At no time did he ever make excuses, hesitate to respond or make anything difficult. This shop and its owner are exemplary in how they treat their customers and their products are GORGEOUS! I highly recommend using them for any of your home textile needs.
